  • Where does CONTU ship to?

    CONTU ships worldwide from Germany, unless otherwise stated.

    How much are the shipping costs?

    Please proceed to the checkout to calculate the shipping price. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once the shipping destination is selected, so you will be aware of the shipping cost before submitting your order.

    Please note international orders may be subject to import duties and customs taxes. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as CONTU has no control over these.

    Do you redeliver?

    We do not resend any magazines that were not delivered. Please contact us in the event of non receipt of your ordered magazine. Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute any magazines which have already been shipped as we have no means of interfering. If this occurs, we are happy to provide you with a replacement. Please note that you still have to cover the shipping fees. To ensure that your copy arrives smoothly, we ask that you notify us of any address changes as soon as possible.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    All published magazines at the time of your order will be sent immediately to the shipping address you provide. Please also check the information on the product site as we will update the information there, in the event of a delayed shipment due to holiday for instance.

    Delivery times vary based on location, local customs, and delays caused by the ongoing pandemic. Once the shipment has been handed over to a the respective carrier, we cannot monitor the delivery anymore.

  • Do you have relocated since ordering?

    In case you have relocated since ordering your magazines, we kindly ask you to email us with the name and email address linked to the order, in addition to your new shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute any issues that have already been shipped. If this occurs, we are happy to provide you with a replacement, the shipping address To ensure that your copy arrives smoothly, we ask that you notify us of any address changes as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

  • You have the right to cancel the agreement of purchase without justification within 14 days of the date on which you have placed the order online on the CONTU website or come in physical possession of the product you bought on the CONTU website. Please note, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. When you return an item you bought on the CONTU website, you will have to pay the returning cost yourself. Upon return, you will receive the money or in the event of a damaged product, when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned item.

    Non-returnable items:

    - Gift cards/ vouchers

    Please note that we will not return money for gift cards or vouchers, nor are gift cards returnable.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

    Non-refundable items:

    • Books/ Magazines with obvious signs of use

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

    • Gift cards or vouchers

    Refunds (if applicable):

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds:

    If you have not received a refund yet that has been approved by us, and your bank account does not state a refund, we kindly advise to contact your credit card company or the respective payment forwarder. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We kindly advise you to contact your bank, too. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@contumag.com, stating your name and order number. We will then in touch with you shortly.

    Sale items:

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gifts:

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Shipping:

    If you wish to return a product to us under the oben stated circumstances, we kindly ask you to send us an email beforehand, stating your name and order number. Please send an email to hello@contumag.com. We will then in touch with you shortly.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over EUR 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    Payment can be made by Pay Pal and all common Credit Cards, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us at hello@contumag.com before you place your order. Thank you.

  • When can I preorder your magazine or product?

    We thank you for wanting to preorder your magazine. As soon as the new product is published in the shop, you can preorder your magazine. In this case, we will send you the magazine upon receiving it from our printer in Germany. Usually, once the print product has been added to the shop, this means that it will be physically available within 1-2 weeks, depending on the capacity of our printer.
