About
CONTU — an artificial word.
con (‘with’) meets tu (‘you’).
Hidden: connaître (‘get to know’) and connect
CONTU magazine is a new and modern city publication, working independently and locally and with an altering city focus for each issue. We approach a city through slow travel journalism and touching on personal narratives, which allows for in-depth and genuine insight. We explore cities through the eyes of their people, who are the heart of the city, constantly shaping and changing cities and bringing them to life. Each CONTU magazine issue gathers a variety of stories, portraits and interviews with inspiring people, while offering genuine, personal and considered recommendations for the conscious and curious city explorer.
CONTU is initiated by founder and editor-in-chief German born journalist and writer Katharina Müller in early October 2021 and is currently exploring for the upcoming Volume 2 — The Athens Issue.
